Please note; this is a contract opportunity, slated to end in September, 2020

  • Responsible for governance, monitoring and assurance of Legal Entity Name Change project activities and plans, including milestones, interdependencies, associate costs, risk and issues.
  • Responsible for regular status updates to ERP Lead and business stakeholders, including progress against project for plan, issues / risks, deliverables.
  • Owns, runs and facilitates cross functional meetings to deliver Legal Entity Name Change and key cut over activities.

  • Ensure the on the time completion of all project deliverable.
  • Maintain the integrated Legal Entity Project plan so that it accurately reflects the status of the Project incorporating key risks and issues of distribution to all stakeholders.
  • Highlight Market dependencies external to the Project that have an impact on the Project plan to monitor the risk resulting from those dependencies.
  • Identify and track market inter-dependencies, working with impacted Market team.

  • Administer Market Project risk and issue process by supporting ERP Lead and Market PM with their weekly review of risks and issues.
  • Owns, runs, and facilitates cross functional project governance meetings.
  • Ownership of project readiness dashboards.
  • Co-ordinate and enforce the appropriate quality control and gate-keeping process.
  • Utilise PMO toolset and processes to track progress.
  • Track financial progress against agreed budget, including maintenance of the costs to complete (spend outlook).
  • Responsible for local change controls.

  • End to End Project plan for Legal Entity Name Change.
  • Create project status reports that accurately reflects status and incorporate key risk and issues for distribution to all stakeholders

  • University Degree.
  • Excellent planning and project management skills and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong experience of delivering complex projects, with multiple stakeholders and interdependencies.

  • PMP certification an asset.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), presentation, organizational, negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to develop productive working partnerships with leaders, managers, and to establish credibility with an existing group of experienced change managers.
  • Ability to facilitate communications between diverse groups and achieve an outcome bought into by all parties.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed in understanding and setting priorities, establishing clear activities / responsibilities and target outcomes, with proven ability to work collaboratively, independently and as a team member.
  • Effective in an environment with tight deadlines, finite resource and uncertainty. Drives performance against timelines and budget constraints.
  • Solid capability with Microsoft tools including, Excel, MS Project and Power Point
