We hire great people for outstanding jobs. We are looking for an Project Assistant to provide support within the Innovation, Transformation and Research team.

Position Highlights

Are you an experience administrator who has a passion for working on various projects? If so, check out this exciting opportunity as a Project Assistant.

Responsibilities include :

  • Arranges and schedules meetings, appointments and events with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assists with project planning, design and implementation; this may include organizing stakeholder engagements, undertaking written communications, and responding to stakeholder inquiries.
  • Coordinate workflow for the assigned area including developing and implementing office policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support : compiling and analyzing data, and preparing statistical reports, maintaining databases, budget and other relevant documents.
  • Respond to general inquiries, arrange meeting rooms, process mail and make travel arrangements as required.
  • The successful candidate will have the following :

  • Grade 12 plus graduation from a recognized administrative or secretarial program
  • Two+ years' recent, related experience in a large complex business or health care environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with strong MS Excel (spreadsheet) skills
  • Ability to process invoices and associated financial tracking tasks
  • Ability to type 60 w.p.m.
  • This casual position is based at our Central City offices in Surrey , BC, with access to rapid transit, shopping, restaurants, on-site gym and other amenities.
