Job Summary :

As an Area Director- Oakville Area, you will apply your demonstrated leadership skills in overseeing all aspects of branch operations.

You will capably direct your branch through business development, sales and marketing, recruitment coordination, employee health and safety monitoring, financial & quality management.

You will also ensure that corporate and information technology initiatives are successfully applied and integrated at the branch level.

As a confident decision-maker, clear communicator and an inspirational leader, you are inspired by growth-oriented challenges and overall branch achievement.

Along with a degree in a business / health-related discipline, you have at least five years of progressive work experience.

Lead the development and implementation of annual business and marketing plans

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Companystrategic plans
  • Lead the analysis of branch financials and manage expensesin relation to revenue
  • Analyze ongoing financial status to ensure financial goalsare achieved
  • Evaluate outcomes in relation to defined goals andobjectives
  • Promote Bayshore in the local area / region, through suchvehicles as local healthcare / business committees, community events, and otheropportunities for marketing and public relations development
  • Standardize operations to ensure that client care andservice is delivered in accordance with local, provincial, and federallegislation, ISO-9001 : 2000 QMS as well as Bayshore's Policies and Procedures
  • Arrange internal quality audits and reviews as required
  • Identify, coordinate and implement continuous improvementinitiatives
  • Lead the client satisfaction feedback process and ensurethat resulting quality improvement opportunities are initiated and followedthrough.
  • Evolve current and build new key relationships withsuppliers, vendors, and partners
  • Implement Bayshore-sponsored local, regional, and nationalprograms
  • Develop and implement HR plans for recruitment, selection,and retention
  • of staff

  • Build motivated, engaged administrative andcaregiver teams.Foster a productive,positive and fun work environment.
  • Experience :

  • At least five years ofprogressively responsible recent management experience preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Proven track record inleading the development and integration of profitable business and marketingplans.
  • Strong track record ofbusiness development success as demonstrated through growth in sales andprofitability.
  • Demonstrated ability tohandle all aspects of human resources, information systems and overall branchoperations.
  • Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills as well as a commitment to continuous learning
  • Inspirational leader with atrack record of leading committed engaged teams
  • Education :

  • A degree in Business or ahealth-related discipline
  • Solid knowledge of the principles,practices and methods of business development; operations; client service;financial management and control;
  • program development, implementation andevaluation; and human resources practices
