We’re looking for innovative team players ready to guide some of the most well-known entertainment brands in the country through a digital transformation.
Work collaboratively with Bell Media local sales representative across the Quebec province
Work collaboratively with local sales representative to develop and manage revenue-producing relationships with clients and agencies, using creative presentations about our entire Bell Media digital offering
Oversee digital campaign execution and analysis, in collaboration with associated internal departments (contract creation, instructions, material, invoicing, inventory management, post-campaign reporting)
Build personalized digital media plans for our clients
Contribute to the enhancement of presentations by ensuring all relevant elements are included (research, creativity, inventory, etc.)
Work collaboratively with internal partners to drive revenue and communicate with sales directors and sales representative in a clear and efficient way
Develop and maintain digital knowledge in order to support sales representatives and advise agencies and clients on the best digital strategy to meet their needs
Always provide excellent service and support to assist with sold campaigns
Able to multitask and manage multiple projects at the same time, in collaboration with multiple sales representatives across the province
Be autonomous to serve as back-up when sales representatives are absent
Support the digital sales coordinator when needed
Be proactive and take initiatives to become an added-value employee
Demonstrate and maintain positive interpersonal and professional relationships with advertisers and working colleagues
100% bilingual with strong verbal and written communications skills (English and French)
Demonstrate excellent aptitudes for interpersonal relationships and maintaining a healthy team dynamic
Able to work in team, active listening, have interpersonal skills and diplomacy
Excellent ability to listen to client needs and understand their challenges and issues
Excellent knowledge of digital media
Knowledge of digital ad server
Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Able to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
Able to establish priorities
Have an administrative certificate or the equivalent
Reflect the Bell Media values in your behaviour
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
