Some of what you will do

As the Business Analyst, Supply Chain Systems, your role will be the conduit between the Supply Chain System team and the lines of business.

You will translate the requirements from the business teams and understands its execution from a technology perspective.

You will build relationships and liaise with various stakeholders, internal and external, and understand the impact of any changes to core supply chain and merchandise systems.

Working alongside a variety of stakeholders, each day will be fast-paced, challenging, rewarding and meaningful and you will be inspired to bring your best, every day.

Specifically, you will :

  • Work in collaboration with Business Stakeholders to understand, elicit, analyze, document and communicate business objectives / requirements
  • Champion the needs of the business throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring what is delivered meets the original objectives
  • Facilitate large and complex workshops, lead discussions and gather inputs from multiple stakeholders and bring them together in a concise and complete manner
  • Analyze technical and functional impacts of various approaches to respond to needs and provide recommendations to business stakeholders
  • Create and maintain various project documents (e.g. user stories, requirement documents, interface mapping documents), process flow diagrams
  • Supports the creation of User Acceptance Testing documentation
  • Some of what you need

  • 6-8 years working as a business analyst or technical role within the retail industry
  • 5 years of experience in large scale technology implementations across an organization
  • Degree in business, computer science or engineering with relevant work experience
  • Strong knowledge of emerging or available retail products and solutions
  • A strong understanding of retail supply chain, finance and merchandising applications and operation models
  • Strong understanding of various project life cycle (Waterfall & Agile)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Proven ability to participate multiple projects within a fast pace and ambiguous environment
  • Strong presentation, communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen an high tolerance for ambiguity and change
