About the job
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Applications Operations Manager, you are responsible for leading a team of software professionals in operating, enhancing and extending the utilization of the CRM platform and applications for a leading organization.
You give sound advice and work closely with your clients to resolve incidents, problems, and implement a stream of enhancements and projects to meet business objectives.
You are comfortable leading small teams, and organizing and implementing disparate solutions
Day to day, you will be :
Accountable for the planning, managing, supporting, enhancing & monitoring of CRM applications across for a leading organization RP / HCM
Working with your delivery teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into CRM solutions
Leading 2 teams across 2 streams of work
Application Operations& Maintenance
Leading / organizing team efforts to :
Identify, design and configure CRM solutions, guiding senior client teams, users and IT colleagues
Gather and take ownership of system requirements
Determine any patches and upgrades required to the CRM system
Guide teams on how to use CRM effectively
Youre an excellent communicator who is comfortable sharing complex technical information to expert and non-expert colleagues and clients verbally and in writing.
You probably have a Bachelors degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or Information Technology.
You already have around five years of experience in business systems analysis, design or management, and at least three years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and at least three years of experience managing business and technical teams.
Your experience includes :
Guiding teams on complex projects
Implementing and maintaining CRM systems, especially leveraging offshore resources
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM / Power Platform / Power Apps Portals and putting business solutions into practice
Business process re-engineering (BRP)
Diagnosing and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM / Power Platform / Power Apps Portals issues.
Using the latest Microsoft Dynamic 365 solution, Power Apps Portal and related Independent Software Vendor (ISV) products.
