Our client in the Brampton area is currently in need of an energetic and motivated Office Clerk to assist with their busy sale season.
Selected individuals will be responsible but not limited to the following tasks.
Position is long term potential of hire).
Serve customers (both internal and external) by responding to and directing telephone and in person inquires. Responsible for manually or electronically updating and entering new data in an accurate and timely manner, including vehicle information, registrations and other documents in a prescribed format.
Perform filing and other administrative duties as required. Assist in Sale Day activities as directed. Cross train for Reception break coverage & absences. Other duties as assigned.
High School diploma or 2 + years of relevant working Experience in retail is an asset however must have previous office experience along with retail Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Office and Outlook Must be capable of typing 50-
60 wpm Must have an excellent command of the English language both written and verbal Must have excellent customer service and problem solving skills Good time management and organizational skills Must have clear criminal background Must be able to provide a minimum of 2 work references
