What We Offer
Reporting to the CIO, the Director, Marketing Technologyis responsible for the development and execution of Mattamy’s Marketing Technology Portfolio.
Leading a small team, the scope of this opportunity encompasses all services and support associated with the end-to-end life-cycle of marketing business applications and platforms.
Developing and leading the execution of short and long term strategies, requirements and specifications for digital and local area marketing technology platforms.
Leading the strategy, execution, delivery and effectiveness of digital programs. This includes ensuring requirements are understood, solutions are defined to meet business needs, projects are planned and tracked and change management plans are in place to effectively deliver technology to the business teams.
Collaborating with Mattamy’s digital and local marketing teams and agencies, providing technology execution and deployment direction.
Ensuring a consistent and coordinated strategic and tactical approach with Mattamy’s overall technology / infrastructure direction and operational standards.
Please note : Given the current circumstances, this role will be working from home, 100% of time. As working conditions return to normal, they will be expected to be onsite.
What You Bring
University or post graduate level education in computer science, business or related field
Minimum 8+ years’ experience managing teams and projects required; experience managing information technology development and / or IT consulting preferred
Must have demonstrable experience with digital strategy
Expert knowledge of internet solutions architecture, social media platforms, user experience, web design and digital marketing principles and practices required
Must have strong working knowledge of other marketing / communication disciplines, including mass advertising (television, print), direct marketing (email, web) and market research
JD Edwards ERP experience preferred
CRM experience specifically Oracle Sales Cloud an asset
Digital Marketing and Sales experience in the homebuilding industry preferred
Must have experience with Customer Lifecycle and associated business processes
Experience with eSignature and / or eCommerce is preferred
Must have strong leadership and project management skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment that can include many reporting levels and varying skills / competencies.
Must have excellent communication (written and oral) skills geared to business development and customer satisfaction
Must be an experienced and effective team and people leader
