What success looks like : You’ve completed multiple transportation projects in a project management and construction administration capacity.
Clients trust you and rely on your knowledge, skills and expertise to achieve their project goals and objectives. Clients are impressed with your ability to represent their best interests regarding contractual and technical issues.
Project teams rely on your ability to manage change, communicate and coordinate between multiple stakeholders, resolve issues, and deliver projects on time and on budget.
You have a keen eye for detail and the ability to complete status reports and change orders, process claims, engage in negotiations, oversee design and construction matters and provide solutions to any project concerns.
You are capable of working collaboratively and effectively with a wide array of stakeholders including property owners, government representatives, utility companies, the community and special interest groups.

What you bring : A post-secondary degree or diploma in engineering or construction management (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience).
At least 10 years of experience in project coordination and management, quality management, cost control and management, and schedule control management.
Demonstrated experience leading various transportation projects providing project management and construction administration.
Professional industry credentials such as PMP, P.Eng., CET or other similar industry recognized designation is considered a strong asset.
Completion of the MTO T131 Advanced Claims Dispute Resolution training is an asset. Bonus skills and experience : Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proven ability to effectively influence others and resolve client, project and technical issues Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
