A position is available for an Accountant / Administrator. The objective of this position is to provide financial, administrative and clerical support in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate operations.

Responsibilities include :

  • accounts receivable and accounts payable including sending monthly statements and collection calls as needed
  • inventory control
  • data entry, scanning, filing
  • assist in the development and maintenance of cost findings, reporting and internal control procedures
  • assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Success Factors include :

  • accurate and consistent financial record keeping
  • good communication skills with customers, suppliers, management, staff
  • ability to be an effective team member, and / or work independent, depending on project
  • learn, understand, and assist in the training of the company software
  • Education :

  • preference will be given to individuals with an accounting or business administration diploma, or are presently enrolled in a formal course of studies
