As a key member of the communications team, the Manager, Internal Communications participates in the development, coordination and implementation of company-wide communications strategies and tactics.

On a day-to-day basis, he / she provides strategic counsel to internal clients, creates multimedia content, writes and edits various employee communications and collaborates on corporate projects related to engagement and organizational culture.

He / she also ensures the good governance of internal communications, including the maintenance, application and updating of procedures related to the tools in place.


In order to support the rapid growth of the company while mobilizing the teams, the Manager, Internal Communications will have as main responsibilities

  • Provide consulting services to internal clients and develop strategic and operational communications plans aligned with business objectives, including a variety of initiatives and tactics;
  • Write, create and distribute multimedia content to support the organization's business objectives (articles, emails, videos, webcasts, etc.);
  • Evaluate, recommend and develop various internal communications tools and platforms;
  • Develop and track key performance indicators associated with internal communications initiatives;
  • Collaborate with the Culture & Talent team to establish and deploy a new employer brand;
  • Manage and coordinate with internal and external partners the production of various content : events, translation, graphic design, video editing, and more;
  • Participate in the development and ensure the budgetary follow-up of initiatives executed in partnership with external suppliers;
  • Support and deploy the President and CEO's visibility plan with employees and create content for his internal and external presentations as needed;
  • Ensure the planning and management of the internal editorial calendar;
  • Plan, coordinate and propose content for monthly employee presentations;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as an expert and resource person to the External Communications, Corporate Strategy, Customer Success and Culture & Talent teams.
  • Actively participate in the Communications Governance Committee with representatives from various teams and the Executive Management Committee to ensure alignment and consistency of key messages, both internally and externally, with respect to the various brand strategies and the employer brand;
  • Develop the overall strategy, manage and coordinate all communications during the acquisition and integration process, in collaboration with the Corporate Development and Culture & Talent teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or other related field.
  • Minimum seven years of relevant experience in a strategic corporate communications role.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills (French or English) and bilingualism in oral and written communication.
  • Knowledge and mastery of various digital communications tools (audio / video / photo editing, intranets, mailing / info tools, social media).
  • Creativity, autonomy and initiative.
  • Ability to write in multiple tones and styles for multiple projects and different target audiences.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Sound judgment, professional rigor and initiative.
  • Knowledge of the health field and information technology will be an asset.
