As we enter the recovery phase, the response to the COVID-19 pandemic will require ongoing vigilance in case and contact management and follow-up - also known as contact tracing.

Join us at Fraser Health as a Manager, Clinical Operations to help continue lead this essential work.As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and providing direction for the Public Health COVID-19 Case and Contact Management Program.

Build on your career experience as you :

  • Lead people to cultivate an environment that encourages engagement, innovation, individual and team achievements and the provision of safe, quality care.
  • Gather and interpret epidemiological and system performance data to inform actions.
  • Work as part of a committed, high-performing team of operational and clinical leaders.
  • Manage resources through the development of operating and capital budgets, review of expenses.
  • Recruit new staff and provide mentorship with relevant feedback to team members through recognition and performance improvement to increase employee engagement and retention.
  • Act as an advocate for communities and families.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with medical staff and other internal and external partners.
  • Participate in planning of short and long term tactical clinical, operational service plans.
  • Here is what we would like you to have :

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in health sciences
  • Seven (7) years' clinical experience,
  • Two (2) years in a leadership role.
