Position Accountabilities :

  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to Media SMEs in development of programs to meet campaign objectives; analyze Display performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Act as the escalation point for existing clients : analyze metrics and performance data and provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimization
  • Develop standardized process for (and assist, where necessary) for media and campaign planning, optimization, budget management and creative testing, and enforce uptake / follow-through
  • Standardize, implement and responsible for quoting process for Display engagements
  • Track, measure, and report on media program health across the larger media team and report to Vice President of Digital Media and associated Account teams
  • Assist Vice President of Digital Media with resource management / resourcing issues, and staffing plans
  • Communicate project status and campaign performance to agency executives and account teams
  • Effective and impactful communicator with the client base
  • Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of the role Display plays in integrated media plans; assist in creation of plans for DAC clients and client prospects
  • Understand, test and implement new display methodologies with a view to improving service offering
  • Further develop relationships with vendor partners
  • Oversee the development of junior level media team members
  • Work collaboratively with media team members to oversee and improve internal processes in order to provide high-quality service for clients
  • Assist in development of new business pitch materials; attend pitches and present, in role of the senior subject matter expert
  • Provide thought leadership in Display area of expertise (blog posts, POVs, speaking engagements, etc.)
  • Position Requirements :

  • 10+ years of experience in DisplayAd ops and trafficking experience requiredMedia planning / buying experience requiredProgrammatic and paid social management required
  • Experience creating / developing programmatic offering / teams a plus
  • Experience with programmatic / connected TV a plus
  • Experience with digital out-of-home a plus
  • Experience with audience creation and management in DMPs a plus
  • At least 5 years of proven experience developing teams of Display professionals
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certified
  • Strong expertise with enterprise and e-commerce Display campaigns, strategies and tactics is required, though experience across multiple industry verticals is preferred
  • Expert level media / campaign planning, management and optimization skills
  • Demonstrable presentation skills (creation of materials and in-room presentation)
  • Solid knowledge of Display testing methodologies, betas, and industry trends and topics
  • A growth mindset for expanding campaigns and opportunities within the client base
  • Eager to understand, test and implement new display methodologies with a view to improving service offering
  • Solid track record of working on multiple time sensitive projects on schedule
