Senior Project Manager (High Rise)

Our client is at the forefront of the GTA's real estate development and asset management industry. They are looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager who has a proven ability to positively influence project delivery, management, and construction.

This role will report to the VP of Construction and will be directly responsible for the construction of projects from conception to completion.

Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, on budget, according to contract, and built to applicable specifications and scope of work.
