As part of our Environmental Services team, the Human Environment group has an opportunity for seasonal Field Labourers / Technicians in our Hamilton, ON office.
Your Key Responsibilities
Under the direction of licensed archaeologists, the successful applicant(s) will assume responsibility for carrying out Stage 2-
4 archaeological field work.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
Qualified applicants must have past work experience with physically demanding outdoor labour.
Current undergraduate or graduate students in anthropology or archaeology are encouraged to apply, but not a requirement.
Applicants must be willing to travel within Ontario, with the potential for out-of-town / overnight work.
The ability to carry out strenuous field work is essential.
Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
