The Marketing Team at Benevity is taking the next step in its journey to infuse a culture of goodness in the world are you ready to join a company dedicated to doing good?

We are building out a new Content Marketing and Communications team that will be responsible for driving our thought leadership and demand through a robust content marketing strategy which includes content for all stages of the funnel, distributed over owned and earned channels, including media and social media.

We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to build and execute effective content marketing plans that engage and inspire our audiences through a variety of content topics and formats on a range of channels.

What You Will Do :

  • Work with Director, Content Marketing & Communications to build and execute content marketing plans that leverage all relevant channels including web, social media and email, and connect our audiences to our thought leadership and brand.
  • Collaborate across various marketing teams to deliver these plans.
  • Develop and manage a cohesive and comprehensive editorial calendar and workflows.
  • Work with the Creative team to produce and develop a wide variety of content assets such as reports, blogs, videos, podcasts, infographics, social content, etc.
  • to support the content marketing plan.

  • Ensure internal teams such as Sales and Client Success are enabled to leverage content assets to engage prospects and clients.
  • Measure, optimize and report against the plans.
  • What You Will Bring :

  • University degree in marketing, journalism or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in building, executing and reporting on content plans that drive thought leadership and brand engagement.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, web and social media and how to leverage these for content discoverability and engagement.
  • Deep understanding of various content formats, their objective and how they connect to each other.
  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how the consume it.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An insatiable appetite for the latest trends and practices in content marketing.
