Our team is searching for a Director of Operations to take care of all the day-to-day tasks that take us away from servicing existing clients and finding new ones.
You will be responsible for working with Brokerage staff, handling paperwork, and corresponding with clients to ensure they feel taken care of in a way they have come to expect from us.
You will also be responsible for all social media marketing. You will be expected to work from our office at the brokerage, but working from home when necessary is possible.
Training in Century 21 systems will be provided by the brokerage. You should be a detail-oriented person who does not easily get overwhelmed by multiple tasks and is able to correspond with a vast array of personalities.
Number of Positions : 1 Hours per Week : 40.0 Days / Hours of Work : Ideally shifts would be Monday to Friday 9-5 but the schedule can be flexible for the right candidate.
