Bell Residential Services is presently recruiting for the position of Account Executive, MDU Partnerships. The candidate will be responsible for developing and sustaining relationships with key industry partners.

They will look to expand marketing initiatives with existing contracts, negotiate contract renewals, and identify partnership opportunities to acquire new customers.

They will also be responsible for managing customer expectations, processing contract addendums and administrative requests, and manage account portfolios on a consistent basis.

Accountabilities :

  • Negotiate Bell Access and Marketing agreements with rental portfolios, and property management companies within assigned territories
  • Manage a defined set of accounts within a territory
  • Proactively strive to build partnership style relationships focusing on integration at all levels. Interacting with various individuals at the corporate client to solve problems, build strong partnerships, and uncover new opportunities
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to develops strategic sales opportunities
  • Conduct formal and informal presentations to industry executives, senior managers and building decision makers
  • Processing contracts into internal database, pulling reports from internal sources, and formulating contracts as required.
  • Liaise with numerous internal Bell teams, in addition to external vendors and clients to process required documents and customer requests
  • Additional administrative responsibilities as required
  • Critical Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years of business development / account management
  • Strong sales skills, particularly in relationship development, account management and portfolio management
  • Experience with complex contract negotiations
  • Extensive knowledge of Bell and competitor services in the residential market
  • Experience in the residential condo or rental market is an asset
  • Skills :

  • Comfortable with Microsoft suite of products including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce is preferred, but not required
  • Requirements :

  • Work experience in Business Development / Sales / Marketing
  • Post-secondary Business degree is preferred
  • Valid Driver’s Licence with daily access to a vehicle
  • Schedule Flexibility occasional attendance at evening condo board meetings
  • Primary residence in GTA - based out of North York office with regular client meetings

    Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
