The Customer Support Specialist (After Hours) plays a vital position in our Service Department ensuring customers are immediately serviced for emergency requirements.
The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for service to all branches during non-business hours, in all the departments such as Parts, Service, Field Service, Sales, Rentals and for all divisions such as Heavy Equipment, Truck, Industrial Engines, Marine and Reman.
Demonstrate workplace safety, environmentally sound and healthy behaviours at all times in support ofToromont’s Health and Safety Policy, Programs and initiatives.
Manage emergency orders and expedite parts for all branch Technicians after hours (Heavy Equipment and Truck Shops, on Night Shift, etc.).
Ensure customers or potential customers receive the best uninterrupted customer service attainable in the industry.
Monitor facility alerts to ensure the Data Center is uninterrupted.
Willing and able to work a rotating schedule, nights, weekend day shifts and holidays in support of the business. Other Information : Comments :
