Position Overview :
Reporting to the AVP & Senior Business Compliance Officer for Individual Customer in the 2nd line of defense, the Manager, Individual Customer Compliance will provide independent compliance oversight related to the Individual Customer business unit at Canada Life.
In this role the incumbent will play a key part in the development, evolution and maintenance of compliance governance through the risk and compliance business partner framework.
This role will also be responsible for leading a team of compliance professionals accountable for monitoring business initiatives, monitoring regulatory developments and participating in compliance related projects.
A critical aspect of the role will be to liaise with key areas and stakeholders within Individual Customer.
