Our client located in Vaughan is currently in need of an Administrative Assistant.
The selected candidate must have an administrative or clerical background, ability to prioritize and commit working a 14-15 month long contract.
Duties : Data entry
Update customer account changes
Assist with some accounts payable
follow-up with customer inquiries or discrepancies
general tasks such as; filing, photocopying, e-mail correspondence and faxing
2 years of experience within an administrative role
1 year of experience assisting with A / P or A / R
Comfortable using MS Word and Excel
Experience with AS400 would be an asset
