Our client is the leader in their industry and needs a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team! As the Customer Care Representative you will interact with B2B customers on a daily basis, promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and offering support to increase revenue for your department.

Responsibilities :

  • Taking inbound calls only from customers regarding orders
  • Handle any issues with product arrival or discrepancies
  • Following up on customers experience with company products
  • Handle technical questions regarding product
  • Supporting sales team with order processing, & sample requests
  • Speaking to new customers about the company and services provided
  • Able to recognize potential opportunities or potential problems with orders
  • Excellent problem solving abilities to diagnose, respond and document both the issue and the resolution
  • Skills Required :

  • Minimum 1-3 years of customer care experience, preferably in the medical industry
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multi task and able to work in a team or independently in both a static or dynamic work environment
  • Post Secondary diploma - College diploma or university degree is preferred
  • Technical abilities and customer service related education are an asset
  • Strong ability to empathize with customers
  • Hours will be Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, no nights or weekend shifts
