2 Positions to Fill. Our client is seeking two Senior Desktop Support Technicians to provide Windows 7 / 10 technical support in-

person and via phone. One will be working in Burnaby, BC; and the other one will be working in Downtown Vancouver.

6 month initial contract with high chance of multiple renewals. 37.5 hours / week.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Logging and monitoring of customer questions, issues and problems through resolution / completion.
  • Creation and maintenance of customer service request documentation through resolution.
  • Provision of customer updates and status reports with regards to open customer issues as appropriate
  • Ensure problem resolution via the maintenance of appropriate action plan and / or project plan
  • Serve as primary escalation point for all problem / issues along with all members of the Support team.
  • MUST HAVE SKILLS :

  • 5+ years Desktop Support experience
  • Troubleshooting for Windows 7 and Windows 10
  • Customer facing and on-site support experience supporting a large volume customer ( 2000 users )
  • NICE TO HAVE :

  • Iphone Support / Mobile device enrolment / troubleshooting
  • Hardware troubleshooting experience
  • Help Desk / Entry Level Desktop Support Technician 5 - 7 years Describe your experience as a Desktop Support Tech where you provided Windows 7 / 10 technical support both in person and on phone (Must-have)

    Initial 6 month contract with certain extension for 2 - 3 years. 7.5 hours / day, 37.5 hours / week.
