in the foodservice and retail food markets, and they are currently looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join their team in Calgary.

The primary focus of this position will be to increase sales and profits within your assigned territory while managing existing accounts.

This individual will be selling to various distributors and major national accounts within foodservice and retails channels.

  • Responsibilities Prospecting new accounts and hitting all sales targets Building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders including customers Understanding customer business needs and identifying buying behaviour to position current and new products as well as creating a pipeline Consistently conducting business reviews with customers Continuously monitoring market trends and competitor activities to stay on top of the market Dealing with customer complaints, consulting with other departments as necessary to solve issues and make recommendations Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are well communicated and executed Controls costs & increases profitability;
  • negotiates pricing & promotions effectively Manages customer agreement with a consistent process, policy & administration Available on demand for customers Other duties as required Qualifications Minimum 2-

    year Diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred 1-2 years of sales experience Strong relationship building, communication and time management skills Strong organization and analytical skills Self-
