Service Centre Manager - Regular, Full Time

Belron® is currently looking for our next Service Centre Manager to lead our Regina operations in achieving financial success through championing employee engagement and ensuring high operational standards are met.

  • Ensure an engaging and motivating working environment where employees are supported to achieve their professional and personal goals.
  • Promote and instill customer delight culture.
  • Drive continuous improvement and revenue growth of overall operations.
  • Lead Service Centre’s achievement of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Promote add-on sales through all levels of employees.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Perform optimal management of expenses and resources.
  • Plan and organize work resources / flow to maximize efficiency and results.
  • Support team in meeting or exceeding Belron® technical standards in the repair and installation of vehicle glass and other products, and ensure that the company’s quality and other procedures are complied with.
  • Focus and instill culture of health and safety.
  • Practice and champion Our Way of Working.

  • Your results demonstrate success in at least three years' Retail Management experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Multi-unit and multi-product management experience preferred.

  • College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management is an asset.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic team player with the ability to lead and influence.
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • You are entrepreneurial and have previous sales experience.
  • Experience in the auto industry is an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • You have a valid Class 5 driver's license
