DescriptionThe TechInsights’ sales organization is evolving, and we are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to play a key role in the growth of our Inside Sales team.

As the Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, motivating and coaching Inside Sales representatives.

Additionally, you will develop forecasts and establish targets, as well as implement best practices. As the successful candidate, you will have a track record of success in scaling a team, developing and implementing targets and metrics, managing sales KPIs, and driving results to meet corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take a lead role in the selection and hiring of Inside Sales staff; manage, oversee, evaluate and support the team through motivating, coaching and professional development
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and sales goals including monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts
  • Communicate goals to team and to leadership to ensure they are aligned with the sales forecasts and organizational goals
  • Ensure inside sales strategies are aligned with field sales personnel and maintain effective sales cadence through weekly calls
  • Communicate anomalies and risks to the sales targets to stakeholders and make recommendations for overcoming obstacles
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align expectations on the definition of quality leads
  • Evaluate sales practices to determine effectiveness in generating sales; recommend and implement improvements to current inside sales practices
  • Monitor sales leads and closes; remove barriers to success through training, coaching or other corrective action strategies
  • Report on sales metrics and communicate results to broader sales team
  • Qualifications :

  • Knowledge of consumer electronics, semiconductors or similar industries
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management or related discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience in a sales leadership role with an in-depth understanding of the sales process
  • Proven track record of enabling teams to meet / exceed sales targets
  • Experience working with CRM software, ideally Salesforce
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Driven and ambitious, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Must be eligible to work in USA
