We are currently looking for a HEADHUNTER CONSULTANT, MANAGEMENT SEARCH DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTS for development of different sector in Ontario.

Your main responsibilities :

  • As a RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT, you will work in a dynamic team to ensure the expansion of the projects that will be delegated to you as well as the development of your clientele.
  • You will work independently in terms of prospecting for new clients and finding talent to meet the needs of the firm's clients.
  • Our HEAD HUNTER’s are experienced research professionals and provide complete solutions from every step of the recruitment process to the selection of candidates.
  • You will take charge of your career and create your personal and professional growth plan.
  • Your ability to develop a clientele and recruit the best candidates will give you a head start in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

  • Your skills :

  • Minimum experience in corporate sales or recruitment.
  • Knowledge of the job market : companies, brands, functions and individuals.

  • Very comfortable with common computer tools and social media.
  • Collegiate or Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline an asset.
