We are currently looking for a HEADHUNTER CONSULTANT, MANAGEMENT SEARCH DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTS for development of different sector in Ontario.
Your main responsibilities :
As a RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT, you will work in a dynamic team to ensure the expansion of the projects that will be delegated to you as well as the development of your clientele.
You will work independently in terms of prospecting for new clients and finding talent to meet the needs of the firm's clients.
Our HEAD HUNTER’s are experienced research professionals and provide complete solutions from every step of the recruitment process to the selection of candidates.

Your skills :
Minimum experience in corporate sales or recruitment.
Knowledge of the job market : companies, brands, functions and individuals.
Excellent sales skills and a business acumen to develop a clientele.

Very comfortable with common computer tools and social media.
Collegiate or Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline an asset.
