Engineering Internship Student
DEVON ENERGY CORPORATION
Calgary, AB, CA

Devon Canada knows heavy oil. It's what we do best. Our best-in-class thermal heavy oil operations, located in the Athabasca oil sands in northeast Alberta, use steam-

assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) which has led to exponential growth in Jackfish 1, 2 and 3, exceeding 120,000 BOED of production.

Devon pioneered the use of saline water in the SAGD process, completely eliminating the use of fresh water in our operations and we have the most rigorous wildlife monitoring program in the industry.

Devon Canada's deep experience in cold-flow heavy oil activities in the Lloydminster and Bonnyville regions of Alberta continues to expand with new technologies and enhanced recovery techniques to further improve recoveries , maximize our assets and find solutions to help us work faster, safer and better.
