Buffalo Métis Catering Employees LP is currently seeking interested candidates to fill vacant Cook position / s at Wapasu Creek Lodge Main / East and West.
Performs other tasks as assigned. 3-5 years of culinary experience working in a high volume kitchen. Must possess an Alberta recognized Journeyman Cook Certification.
Must possess a valid National or Alberta recognized Food Safe Certificate. Proven leadership skills and self-motivated. Ability to work within a multi-
cultural and unionized environment. Strong organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
Experience with inventory and grocery ordering. Excellent comprehension and command of the English Language. Must be able to move, lift, carry, pull, push, and place objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
