We are hiring a an experienced bilingual mental health to provide support to the manager of Life Smart Lifestyle and Specialty Counselling Services and clinical consultation to our provider network as well as deliver direct Life Smart services to our clients.

This position will report to the Manager of Life Smart Lifestyle and Specialty Counselling Services and will be located in our Montreal, Toronto, Guelph or Vancouver office.

Main responsibilities :

  • Provide clinical consultation to the Provider network related to protocols, reporting issues, request for case extension and complex cases
  • Provide consultation and direction to Service Providers and Client Services Center staff
  • Assist with reviewing the quality of resources sent by Service Providers
  • Provide support on complaint investigations
  • Provide training and orientation for the clinical network as requested
  • Provide back up to Clinical Managers for the above and other quality assurance processes as needed
  • Ability to find internal, online, government and community resources
  • Provide hours of direct service to meet expectations set by the Manager, Life Smart Lifestyle and Specialty Counselling Services
  • Deliver telephonic Life Smart services in areas relevant to experience and personal competencies

    Qualifications :

  • Minimum of a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or equivalent
  • 3 5 years’ experience in adult education and / or mental health
  • Registration with the relevant Provincial governing body
  • Expertise in brief solution-oriented counselling would be an asset
  • Beneficial if knowledge of assessment, crisis management, and EFAP services
  • Excellent command of the French and English language, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent presentation skills
