As the Manager of the Pricing team in Business Solutions West Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting a team of experts in defining and implementing national pricing strategies for Core Wireline & Business Broadband services.

In this role, you will demonstrate your ability to work effectively cross functionally and move adeptly from strategic to tactical initiatives.

The Manager of Pricing will lead the team to identify opportunities and risks, make clear recommendations and execute with available pricing levers in the Small & Medium Business (SMB) segments.

Here’s what YOU will do

  • Own the SMB pricing strategy and tactics to optimize profitability (revenue and costs), drive acquisition and reduce churn
  • Ensure our products and services are priced competitively, are driving the desired business outcomes and are meeting / exceeding the needs of our customer
  • Provide leadership, direction and support to a team of marketing professionals, championing a positive culture and driving team member engagement
  • Evolve the value proposition of our products & services through insight driven understanding of customer needs and deep awareness of the competitive landscape
  • Qualifications

    You’re the missing piece of the puzzle

    You love coaching team members and have an ability to influence others, in cross-functional relationships including at the executive level.

    You are likely in a similar role, now, and have developed pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer retention and have experiences and abilities across most of the following :

  • 5 or more years’ progressive experience in marketing with success leading teams
  • Known for strong analytics, scenario analysis and building business cases
  • Proven product and pricing experience in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Respected for project coordination and managing multiple in-flight projects
  • Strong bias for action and an ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
  • Great-to-haves

  • Telecommunications industry experience
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Math or Engineering
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
