Contract position -13 months As the captive finance company of the Audi, Ducati and Volkswagen brands in Canada, VW Credit Canada, Inc.

operating as Audi Finance and Volkswagen Finance, is a wholly owned subsidiary of VW Credit, Inc. Audi Finance and Volkswagen Finance offers a wide range of leasing, retail financing and protection plans expertly tailored to meet the needs of our Customers.

Additionally, we provide commercial financing products to Audi and Volkswagen Dealers to support expanding Dealership capabilities and enhancing overall operations.

Job Summary The Audi Finance and Volkswagen Finance Marketing Communications & Business Transformation department promotes all Financial Services products that facilitate vehicle sales.

We foster strong relationships with our Dealers to ensure we are always the Financial Services provider of choice. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing, the Marketing Analyst is responsible for contract penetration and program reporting and analytics.

They will make recommendations to Brand Managers and senior management to improve program effectiveness. They will also be required to manage our online Boutiques and promotional products as well as the ongoing purchasing requirements of the Marketing Communications & Business Transformation department.

Additional tasks include, providing support on marketing communications by developing and executing Internal and Dealer communication bulletins, event management and our community engagement strategy. Role Responsibilities

  • Provide program recommendations to senior management following strategic analysis of industry trends
  • Provide support to Brand Managers by preparing and analyzing Contract Penetration, Lease Pull Ahead, Credit Application and Monthly Business reports
  • Provide Cost / benefit analysis for special programs (benchmarking, car sharing, mobility projects)
  • Creation of presentations and monitoring of corporate design guidelines
  • On and offsite Event support
  • Provide support on all Internal and Dealer communications, including monthly program bulletins
  • Oversee all promotional merchandise planning and inventory control activities
  • Manage the purchasing and invoicing process for the Marketing Communications & Business Transformation department
  • Monitoring of departmental budgets
  • Qualifications

    Required Qualifications :

    Education :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Corporate Communications or equivalent experience required
  • Experience :

  • 2-3 years experience in Automotive or Financial Services industries is an asset
  • Marketing and Analytical experience is strongly preferred
  • Qualifications :

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Macros, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Business Objects skills (or equivalent database management)
  • Strong Salesforce knowledge & skills
  • Experience with Adobe Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop an asset
  • Ability to create interactive forms and manage data within Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, work-intensive environment
  • Demonstrates an enthusiastic attitude and a passion for learning
  • Experience with online applications and HTML creation is an asset
  • Previous event planning experience is preferred
  • Desired Qualifications :

  • Prior experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Specialist or Analyst role is an asset
  • French language skills an asset
