As a Stragetic Talent Sourcer you will work together with other motivated and experienced HR and business professionals.
You will have the opportunity to work with diverse candidate segments and channels in the area of talent acquisition, employer branding and social media.
There will be close contact with candidates, Talent Partners, HR Business Partners.
Understand business situation, need and deliver role specific sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals in coordination with the Talent Partner
Research the talent market and generate new strategies to attract business critical passive candidates through referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
Generate a solid pipeline of pre-qualified and engaged candidates
Identify and utilize appropriate ways of candidate cultivation including, but not limited to, social media channels (eg.
Linkedin,), basic data mining, job boards, grassroots efforts, community and university out-reach, personal networking, internal referrals, target companies, and ABB internal database
Conduct initial interviews with potential candidates
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Knowledge of business environment and structure and desire to keep up to date regarding business and industry trends and implications
5+ years experience in advanced targeted sourcing
Executive headhunting, researcher experience is an advantage
Demonstrated success with various sourcing and recruiting strategies and techniques
Knowledge of CRM tool and experience leveraging the tool to source candidates as well as manage relationships
Experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter, preferably certified
