Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

As a Business Consultant, supported by the Director of Risk Management, you will lead the development and enhancement of our business processes by playing a key role in enhancing how TELUS does business.

You will work in partnership with different business areas to identify and drive transformative and strategic change related to data governance & privacy initiatives.

Here’s how

  • Champion strategic transformational projects including internal governance and process development
  • Lead cross functional teams to resolve challenges, implement process improvement and execute our competitive strategy to deliver differentiated customer solutions
  • Take ownership of multiple process-focused projects and large complex programs
  • Committed to the delivery and support of key complex, transformational projects : utilizing dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), variance reports, ratio, cost and project tracking
  • Noted for your ability to analyze performance and results to improve understanding and provide insight to drive increased productivity, efficiency, quality, optimization, and the improvement and business processes
  • Participate in team program efforts which require project tracking and management in an environment focused on improving performance
  • Conduct program performance assessments and analyze results to identify opportunities and risks to drive increased productivity and quality
  • Qualifications

  • Experience in process development and implementation of large scale projects
  • Known as an exceptional communicator, collaborative, innovative and process-improvement focused
  • Noted as an expert on process related methodologies
  • Noted for you exceptional organizational skills and ability to be resilient and adaptable in an environment of ongoing change or ambiguity
  • Confident with change management
  • Experience working with Microsoft (MS) Office, specifically Excel & PowerPoint
  • Respected for strength in facilitation
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor degree in Administration, Management or Finance
  • Great-to-have

  • Fluency in French, written and spoken
