The Bilingual Customer Care Representative builds customer loyalty by removing hassles and hurdles for customers through identifying and mediating issues in a timely manner.
Proactively develop relations with present and past customers, building strong, long-lasting rapport and business partnerships
Create a positive customer experience by minimizing their efforts, ensuring that their needs are efficiently met
Reduce customer dissatisfaction and increase customer satisfaction scores through involvement and participation in customer service improvement initiatives
Key Work Activities :
Take action by making pulse-check outbound calls to customers, informally discussing their experiences, and empathetically working through difficult conversations to understand their situations
Support the Customer Care Team by promptly answering customer feedback and inquiries, incoming calls, and emails according to established time frames
Devise short-term and long-term solutions and strategies by tracking and investigating complaints, and conducting meetings with management and the Immediate Resolution Team
Analyze, report, and present survey results to management, providing insights and recommendations to achieve the department’s vision
