Located in the beautiful city of Quebec (Canada), BKOM Studios is a full-service digital studio dedicated to helping brands develop their presence across multiple points of interaction and platforms, including products, points of sale, websites, apps, social media, marketing campaigns and mobile games and PC Games (Steam).

BKOM Studios wishes to add new expertise in marketing and communication to work on its intellectual properties (IP). We are therefore looking for a DIGITAL MARKETING EXPERT VIDEO GAMES to join our Strategy & performance Team.
Under the Strategy & performance Director’s jurisdiction, you will be responsible to define and execute of proven and successful marketing strategies to promote and support the PC (Steam) and mobile games we are launching.
You are known for your advanced knowledge in social media strategies, communication and player acquisition strategies? You are the person we are seeking! Your knowledge in definition and data analysis could be a considerable asset for the position.
To support you in your day to day tasks, you will work closely with the Communication-marketing Coordinator, the Creative Director and the development team as well.
Define and execute communication and marketing strategies to launch new PC (Steam) and mobile games
Define and execute a Social media strategy
Define and ensure public relations strategy with the media and important influencers
Determine the distribution platforms (Ex. : . GreenMan Gaming, GoG, Humble Bundle, etc.)
Ensure that application market presence strategies are optimal (ASO)
Be present at video Game Industry Events
Be aware of the new trends in digital marketing and social medias
Develop projections, make estimates, define clear, measurable and adaptable KPI’s
Participate in the development of BKOM Studios’ online branding strategy and products
Have a legal working status that allow you to work in Canada
Relevant experience with game promotion : at least 4 successfully released games including 2 on Steam for which you were closely involved in the game’s communication & marketing strategy
Relevant experience in setting up player acquisition strategies
Focused on results and teamwork
Ability to propose innovative solutions
Autonomy and resourcefulness
Priority and schedule management
Ability to communicate clearly and vulgarize the information
Ability to communicate easily in French and English (written / oral)
Knowledge of analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Game Analytics, Localytics, Swrve, and / or equivalent
Experience in data analysis and performance improvement strategy
