About the role :
Support services are needed to assist in the reintegration of Indigenous offenders who are releasing from local federal correctional facilities.
In this very diverse role, you could be responsible for providing health, wellness, life skills training and / or counselling to Indigenous clients prior to release.
After release, you would be ensuring they have the services they need to reintegrate into the community. Alternatively, you might focus on supporting Indigenous clients releasing from correctional facilities to disaffiliate from gangs by supporting cultural identity training or counselling.
