Job Description :
As an award-winning brokerage, our client located in Burlington provides customers with a full range of home and auto insurance to suit their individual needs.
As an employer, they extend the same professionalism to their people. They are offering a full-time permanent position to that individual holding a RIBO license.
To be considered, applicants must demonstrate how their knowledge, skills and / or experience correspond to each of the following essential qualifications :
Willingness to learn and / or previous insurance knowledge including applicable provincial insurance license, and experience in home and auto insurance products and services
Sales experience including identifying customer needs and cross selling opportunities, selling to new customers who have expressed interest in our product and addressing client concerns to close the sale
Customer service skills including professionalism and the ability to provide information related to inquiries and requests
Telephone skills related to both incoming and outgoing calls including collecting and providing information and documenting calls
Written and spoken communication skills including documenting information, modifying letters, etc., as well as the ability to explain technical terms in words that customers can easily understand
Skills including time management, interpersonal, conflict resolution, team work, information gathering, problem solving and adapting to change
Experience using EPIC and company portals (recommended)
