The Key for the region and automotive market segment is responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies to maintain existing business and identify opportunities for growth to exceed annual sales goals.
This individual is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with the channel partners and with assigned accounts and ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Expectations include broadening the automotive line builder & machine builder customer base by finding and penetrating new targets for Molex’s Industrial products.
Looking for a self-motivated individual who can successfully manage and prioritize own workload with minimal direct supervision, quick to learn new technology, and driven to pursue new business.
What You Will Do In Your Role
Becomes conversant with Molex offerings and delivery mechanisms as well as partner capabilities relevant to assigned accounts.
Policies and procedures include, but not limited to Standards of Business Conduct, Intellectual Property, Control Environment, Information Protection, ISO 9000 & 14000, government regulations (e.
g. health, safety, quality and environmental).
