The Assistant Project Manager duties will include but are not limited to :

  • Planning and managing project time lines
  • Assisting in creation and implementation of design, specifications and regulations
  • Coordinating personnel in conjunction with senior members
  • Resolving issues impacting project time-lines
  • Meeting with stakeholders to provide project updates and managing any changes in specifications
  • Overseeing safe work practices and establishing new safety standards
  • The successful candidate will have the following :

  • Post-secondary education in architecture or engineering
  • At least 5-10 years of exposure in the construction space, with more emphasis on interior / exterior fit-out or renovations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Our client is an established ICI projects developer in Etobicoke that was established over two decades ago and who specializes in architectural fabrication, interior / exterior fit-outs as well as renovations.

    Base Salary of $80,000 - $90,000 CAD plus company benefits
