3-month part time (20 hours per week) help desk analyst with a reputable organization located in Mount Pleasant.
What & Why :
Our fintech client is looking to add a part time help desk analyst to their team to assist with technical system related queries from clients located across Canada.
Experience with Zendesk or another comparable ticketing system is necessary. You will be working closely with the marketing manager helping to build micro-sites in Salesforce, so previous knowledge would be considered an asset but a willingness to learn would suffice.
You would be joining a small close-knit team with great office space in the Mount Pleasant WeWork space. The team has clients all across Canada and helps manage money for thousands of Canadians.
They are located close to transit with many great restaurants close by.
