We’re looking to open a satellite office in either Sudbury or Sault Ste. Marie to support current and upcoming projects in the region.

We’re looking for someone to support the regional growth, uncover new business opportunities and successfully lead projects, including those in remote First Nations Communities.

The successful individual will be good at building strong, trusting client relationships and have a knack for bringing the right people together to come up with innovative ideas and solutions.

Are you looking to expand your superior project management skills, drive organizational growth in the region, make a difference for new clients and businesses in the community? Look no further.

What you bring :

  • A university degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, construction management or quantity surveying (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience)
  • At least 10 to 15 years of experience in project management
  • Strong knowledge of various construction methodologies, project management models and financial management, as well as building codes, contract law and relevant legislation
  • Professional industry credentials such as PMP, P.Eng., CET, Registered Architect or other similar industry recognized designation is considered a strong asset
  • Bonus skills and experience :

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proven ability to effectively influence others and resolve client, project and technical issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Project, MS Word and MS Excel
  • Qualifications

  • You’ve completed a number of facilities and building projects, varying in size and scope ideally in the institutional sector, leading healthcare, education and other public sector building and facilities projects
  • Your clients trust you and rely on your knowledge, skills and expertise to achieve their business goals and objectives.
  • Your clients are impressed with your ability to represent their best interests regarding contractual and technical issues
  • Your project teams rely on your ability to manage change, communicate and coordinate between multiple stakeholders, resolve issues, and deliver projects on time and on budget
