Position Overview :
You will play a critical role in transforming TELUS Business Solutions to be a fast-moving Sales and Marketing organization.
You have in-depth understanding of the data and ability to connect them to various use cases from regular standard reporting to ad-hoc projects to solve complex business issues through analysis and building advanced statistical models.
You are a pragmatic, no-nonsense team member that enjoys complex business problems. Your counsel is equal parts logic, analysis and strategy.
You have a natural curiosity and you appreciate that failure and vulnerability are healthy ways to learn and grow. You are a collaborator who can understand requirements from different stakeholders and figure out the most efficient and effective ways to work together to achieve the common goal.
Manage data and own KPI’s for TBS Sales Reporting and standardize the KPI’s to ensure teams across TBS are looking at the business through the same lenses
Work collaboratively with the stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and strategy teams to understand their business needs and help to define the KPI’s and its reporting cadences
Lead the build of complex analytical models to find actionable insights and solve complex business problems
Work collaboratively with BI teams to automate all standard regular reports and ensure they are understood by the audiences
Create continuous feedback cycles with the stakeholders to ensure reports are adaptable to constantly changing business requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Analyst : strong business and financial acumen, including experience using financial modelling skills to create sound business cases
