As a business technology management specialist, you will be part of the team responsible for the order-taking system OMS (B2B) for international regions.

At BRP, the OMS (Order Management System) is used to manage orders for all product lines in the Powersports division (snowmobile, personal watercraft, ATV, SSV, 3WV).

Your main responsibility will be to manage the computer systems used for order management for international regions in the Powersports division.

You will be responsible for configuring systems and their respective processes and producing order tracking reports for the commercial team.

You will also have an influential role in defining the Business Rules for the upcoming order cycles.


  • Configure the order-taking system OMS for international regions for all product lines in the Powersports division;
  • Play a key role in exporting good business practices to our international markets;
  • Support the transformation of the order-taking process in international markets;
  • Manage the monthly and annual order-taking process for vehicles according to product type;
  • Provide operational and analytical support to the commercial team in international regions.
  • Influence, advise and guide the commercial team in international regions in selecting the best business rules based on your global vision.
  • Processes and tools

  • Contribute actively to continuously improving the business processes and tools needed to keep the order-taking process running smoothly;
  • Develop dynamic and user-friendly tools to improve the flow of information and fluidity of processes and enhance data-driven decision making;
  • Influence, advise, guide and oversee system improvements and additions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration (business technology management), bachelor’s degree in administrative data processing or other relevant training;
  • Continuous improvement mindset;
  • Written and oral bilingualism (French / English);
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office : Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to work with and influence multiple functions, and to exercise diplomacy to lead the group to a consensus;
  • Desire to learn SQL language if it is not already mastered;
  • International and automotive business or power sports industry experience considered an asset;
  • Under normal circumstances, you will be required to travel 1 to 2 times a year to support international sales regions.
