We are looking for a Receptionist and Sales Support. Reporting to the Inside Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible of the reception on our head office and for administrative support to our sales department
Distribute client orders (emails, faxes) to appropriate regional account managers
Answer incoming and outgoing calls
Receive, distribute and dispatch mail and parcels
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, electronic archiving, upkeep of product portfolio, etc.
Display a positive attitude; exercise discretion; show readiness; be tactful and courteous; adapt to change
Bilingual (English and French)
