Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible to lead the System Designer team to develop, commercialize and maintain projects on Mixed Reality applications for the surgical orthopedic field of tomorrow.
We are looking for a candidate that has strong experience in the development of products that meet medical quality and regulatory grade standards to lead the conceptualization, development, testing, global deployment and post-market support.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Leads and performs all phases of the project management activities including technology research & selection, scope management, requirements definition & analysis, technical development, testing, validation, risk management, budget & resource management;
Take ownership of the entire features and components of the medical development lifecycle and participate in the conception of Mixed Reality products in a multidisciplinary team, using the Agile methodology;
Leadership responsibilities to lead, coach, train, and mentor team members.
Create synergies and collaborate with external teams and divisions of the company to ensure harmonious development and release of Mixed Reality products;
Coordinate and participate in clinical assessments with surgeons;
Engage with Microsoft Engineering teams to ensure resolution of technical issues and work on the next-generation line of products;
Participate in the continuous improvement of the development processes and tools used by the development team;
Participate in the post-market investigations and resolutions on complaints and incidents reported.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
Education / Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering;
5-7 years of experience in the development of medical products and team management;
Travel Requirements
Travel requirements up to 20%
