The principle purpose of the Assistant Store Manager - Sales (ASM Sales) is to drive sales and margin in alignment with the financial plan of the retail store by pursuing sales opportunities, developing customer relationships and ultimately closing sales.
The ASM Sales is responsible for delivering and supporting an environment of customer service and sales performance in an assigned area while managing and developing employees and sales interactions.
The ASM Sales will be responsible for managing and providing results that drive overall sales in the following areas : Outside Sales, Installed Sales, SOS, In-
Store Pro Services, EPP and Credit. In addition, the ASM Sales will enable and support a team of individual contributors (including coaching, mentoring and training) and will build a professional sales organization staffed with the best talent available in the market.
