Our client, a law firm, located in down town Montreal is looking for a bilingual candidate to play a key role in their business.


  • Prepare and modify letters, agreements, contracts and any other documents which have been dictated or drafted in Word, Excel or Powerpoint, or as emails in Outlook;
  • Prepare procedures should the candidate work in the litigation group;
  • Reformat, scan, print, copy and fax various documents;
  • Provide comparisons with Workshare compare;
  • Enter contact information in our internal system;
  • Assist lawyers with some business development projects;
  • Assist in the management of Outlook;
  • Enter time entries in CMS;
  • Prepare prebills and monthly invoices;
  • Prepare electronic closing binders;
  • Print various documents from datarooms;
  • Assist in all legal administrative tasks.

  • Fluency in both official languages, spoken and written;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (In-house training provided)
  • Ability to accomplish tasks for several people simultaneously with a minimum of supervision;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
  • Attention to detail, strong professional work ethic and integrity;
