We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and highly organized Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team. Your passion for excellence and quality service must be second to none! In this role, , you will lead the coordination activities through all facets of the recruitment cycle to ensure that we deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.

You will be involved in developing job postings, screening resumes, scheduling and coordinating testing and interviews, managing recruitment records and updating candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

To be successful in this role you will need to have great interpersonal and communication skills in addition to being a strong team-player.

The general public to staff one (1) Coordinator, Talent Acquisition position within the Human Resources Directorate for a period of 6 months + with possibility of extension or indeterminate appointment.

Candidates employed by the Federal Public Service seeking an interchange are welcome to apply.


  • Post-secondary diploma in Human Resources or a related field OR an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience;
  • Two (2) years' experience in Human Resources with a minimum of one (1) year supporting a Talent Acquisition function;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other on-line recruitment platforms;
  • Solid knowledge of industry leading hiring practices and employment legislation;
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication (written and verbal) skills in both official languages;
  • Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment.
