Lafarge has an opportunity for apprentice Welders in their 1st or 2nd year. This is a field position based out of our Spy Hill Quarry with travel to other operations in the Calgary area.
The apprentice Welder will support fixing and repairing equipment such as; cone crushers, conveyors, loaders, excavators, washing equipment, and cyclones.
To be successful in this fast passed production environment, mechanical aptitude is important. The ideal candidate will be a safety-minded individual who can think on their feet and adapt to changing situations.
